The Worship Room

Why are we here? Does my life have any meaning? Is this all there is?

God created us. I find meaning in knowing Him. Taste and see that the Lord is good.

How do we come into His presence?

The one who comes to God must believe that He is.

We come looking for fellowship, treating Him as we would treat a person we want to be with.

We come ready to receive what He offers, which is His love.

We come honoring the words He has spoken, which is called obedience.

We come without a hidden agenda or "to do" list.

We might be speaking or singing or crying or laughing or being quiet.

We may become open enough to feel His presence.

We may actually begin to hunger and thirst to be with Him, delighting in Him.

With these thoughts, enter the real Worship Room, which is your relationship with God.

And to seek him in his temple.
